We ship to 32 countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated by destination at checkout, and every parcel is fully tracked.
Orders are packed fresh in Seoul and dispatched within about 24 hours, sent fully tracked. Transit time then depends on your destination — your tracking link shows live progress.
If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
